Context and objective

The client already had a presence selling beach fashion in a more informal way and wanted to expand sales to the digital realm through Shopify. The goal was to create an online store that reflected the brand's relaxed and elegant style, with a look that evoked a coastal mood.

The challenge

The client requested a centered header, which required adaptations to the theme's CSS code to ensure that the centering did not break on different screen sizes. In addition, it was necessary to balance light and strong colors to convey the feeling of sea and beach without losing readability or overloading the page.

What was implemented

I implemented the layout on Shopify following the client's references and personal taste, adjusting the CSS to center the header harmoniously. I worked on a dynamic palette with shades of sand and sea blue, varying these colors in different sections to give movement and avoid visual monotony. These choices helped align the brand's identity with the beach spirit that was intended to be conveyed.

Result

The result was a modern and well-organized website, with a centered header that gives balance to the navigation. The chosen colors evoke the sea and the beach, creating a pleasant atmosphere that combines with the products. The variation between shades of sand and sea blue brought harmony and dynamism, reflecting the essence of a seaside lifestyle.
